• Client-Provided Fans: Please have your new ceiling fan on-site and accessible at the time of installation. It does not need to be unboxed, but it should be in the home and ready for setup.

• Clear Work Area: To help us work safely and efficiently, please clear the area beneath and around the fan location of any furniture or obstacles prior to our arrival.

• Standard Swaps Only: Prices listed apply to standard replacements — swapping existing ceiling fans where wiring and structural support already meet code.

• Structural or Electrical Issues:
  If the existing electrical box is not fan-rated, or if additional wiring, bracing, or support is needed, we’ll notify you before continuing.
  💡 Additional charges may apply depending on what’s required.

• Estimated Installation Time: Most ceiling fans take 1–2 hours to install, depending on height, accessibility, and fan complexity.

• Specialty Fans: Fans with lighting kits, remote controls, or extra-long downrods may require additional labor and pricing adjustments.

• Friend Deals are available only when both homes are located within 30 minutes of each other.

• Both parties must be scheduled back-to-back and have fans on-site and areas cleared at the time of installation.
